Alamo Kids Camp: My Neighbor Totoro -- Friday, December 28 - Thursday, January 3, various times, Alamo Lake Creek. When two girls move to the country to be near their ailing mother, they have adventures with the wondrous forest spirits who live nearby. What's the Story Steve? -- Saturday, December 29, 10 a.m., ColdTowne Theater. Steve celebrates the New Year by throwing the greatest fake New Year's Eve party for kids EVER. Audience members are invited on stage to help build the "decorations," create stories about the guests at the party, and to imagine what the New Year will bring. FREE; donations appreciated. New Year's Eve Overnighter -- Monday, December 31, 6 p.m. - Tuesday, January 1, 10 a.m., Twin Lakes YMCA. Camp Twin Lakes and the Twin Lakes Family YMCA Teen Program are joining forces to bring kids ages 6 - 15 the most incredible overnight experience you can imagine. Kids will enjoy activities grouped by age, including laser tag, paintball, a zipline, games in the gymnasium, swimming in the indoor pool, and more. There will be a midnight dance party for kids forth grade and above, as well as video games in the Teen Zone. Cost is $45 per child for Y Members or $55 per child for Non-Members.
